Annual Senior Class Trip to Cedar Point was a success!

Congratulations to Alma High School nominees for Sutton Foster Awards:
Javan Scates (Gomez)
Kelsie Koves (Wednesday)
Last fall Javan & Kelsie was nominated for the Sutton Foster Award by one of the adjudicators from MSU Wharton Center for Performing Arts who came to watch Adam's Family.
They were invited to a workshop, auditions and rehearsals over this past weekend at the MSU along with many other nominees from Michigan.
Each year, high school musical stars from across Michigan are professionally judged in their local productions for the opportunity to compete in May.
Wharton Center is thrilled to partner with fellow Michigan Broadway presenter—Broadway In Detroit—to host this year’s Awards Showcase. The program features 130 high school students performing selections from their school musicals and a variety of Broadway medleys.
When: Sunday, May 21, 2023, 6:30 p.m.
Where: Fisher Theater 3011 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202
