Mrs. Parsons Chemistry 2 visited the Auto Lab today to learn about how batteries work and how temperature affects tire pressure. This is a great collaboration between our science and auto programs.

Mr. Brasher’s Digital Media class collaborated with AHS alumni Lynzee Harrison’s Photography 1 class today at Alma College. The college students taught the high school students how to use digital cameras both outdoors and in the studio. Both groups had a great time!

The Agricultural Science program had the privilege of hosting Bryan Hammis from Flying Acres as a guest presenter this week! Bryan demonstrated the transformative role of large drones in crop spraying. These advanced technologies enhance operational efficiency, minimize chemical application, and support sustainable agricultural practices.
As the demand for expertise in precision agriculture continues to grow, careers in drone operation and agricultural technology are increasingly vital.
**There were no chemicals used in this demonstration. The mist seen is water.**

The yearbook staff has a few 2023 and 2024 annual publications available for purchase. Email ahsyearbook@almaschools.net or leave a message in the high school office if you are interested. Cash and checks payable to Alma Public Schools are accepted.

Hillcrest hosted Alma High School students today when they came and read to our students! We love having partnerships with our older Panthers!
